Readable mid-piece, mid-glare.
The 2.7″ memory-in-pixel display with custom backlight stays crisp in full sun and driving rain — the same display technology as the RPX 440, sized for the single.

Everything that makes the RPX a race-day weapon — 10 Hz GPS, CrewNet telemetry, and a sunlight-proof 2.7″ Memory In Pixel display — in a compact unit sized for singles and small boats.
Full sun, big water, singles and doubles — everything that makes the RPX a race-day weapon, behind a compact 2.7″ display.

The 2.7″ memory-in-pixel display with custom backlight stays crisp in full sun and driving rain — the same display technology as the RPX 440, sized for the single.

Race-ready 10 Hz GPS samples ten times a second — accurate splits on every single stroke, not the multi-stroke average a phone app gives you. Program custom workouts on-device and store 50 hours of sessions. No phone can match it.

Every RPX streams rate, splits, and stroke data to the coach boat over CrewNet wireless — real-time and low-latency, local to the water, with no smartphone and no subscription required. Coaches push workouts, program pieces remotely, and control devices without pulling alongside — 50 m and beyond, or 150 m+ with Long Range Repeaters. Need the whole lake? Pair a smartphone and you get unlimited range over cellular (subscription required).

Sealed against rain, spray, and the wash-down at the end of practice — the USB-C port included. And if the 270 ever goes over the side, it floats: no dive, no lost unit, no replacement to buy.

Every RPX is assembled and tested in our shop in St. Catharines — by the same people who designed it, on the same water it was built for. Warranty and support come from that building too, not a call centre.
