President & Founder

With an MESc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario and nearly two decades of engineering experience, Adam founded Rowing Precision to revolutionize rowing technology through precision engineering and innovation. His hands-on approach to product development—from custom electronics and CAD design to embedded firmware, software architecture, advanced algorithm development, and manufacturing—ensures that Rowing Precision’s products deliver professional-grade accuracy while maintaining the reliability demanded by elite athletes and coaches.

Ian Doctor

Ian Doctor

Co-Founder, Director of Operations & Innovation

A current MSc Spine Biomechanics Researcher at Brock University, Ian brings his background and passion for human movement sciences and over half a decade of high performance competitive rowing experience to help develop, validate, and push prototyping of new and future projects to reliable and significant products. A certified USRowing Para Coach, Ian maintains an eye on accessible technology and information, to ensure everyone can use, understand, and utilize Rowing Precision’s range.

Community Engagement Lead

Jenna is a PhD Candidate in Applied Health Sciences, combining her expertise in psychophysiology, human performance, and data-driven analysis with over 15 years of competitive rowing experience. With a background in both high-performance sport and community coaching, she brings a unique understanding of athlete and coach needs to Rowing Precision. As Community Engagement Lead, she drives the company’s outreach and community, translating complex technology into meaningful, easy-to-use solutions for clubs, coaches, and athletes.

Mia Biancaniello

Mia Biancaniello

Para Sport & Social Media Coordinator

Mia’s success at the National Rowing Championship and Royal Canadian Henley are achievements that reflect her determination and excellence in the sport. Beyond her own competitive success, she has been a strong advocate for expanding para rowing opportunities, working to introduce para events at provincial, and national levels in the university realm. She is deeply passionate about inclusivity and accessibility, both within sport and in the broader community. Mia brings the voice of the Para Rowing community with her to Rowing Precision. If there are ways to make devices more accessible, Mia is there to help guide and test products, specifically for Visually Impaired athletes, and bring in ideas from her connections with Parasport.

Mark Henry

Sales Lead

Mark’s success at the World U23 Championships, the Pan American Games and World Rowing Championships are achievements that reflect his determination and excellence in the sport. Beyond his own competitive success, he has been a strong advocate for developing the next generation of athletes, working to mentor and train rowers at both the collegiate and community levels. He is deeply passionate about technical precision and equipment innovation, both within coaching and in the broader rowing industry. Mark brings the voice of high-performance racing and technical expertise with him to his professional roles. If there are ways to optimize boat performance or refine athlete mechanics, Mark is there to help guide, repair, and test products, specifically for competitive programs, and bring in ideas from his deep connections with the Canadian rowing community.
